A man of Christendom Young

After a dance he had swung

A girl he did spy,

the gem of his eye

She took the breath from his lung


A girl to her school arrived

Of good Catholic men deprived

The first she did see,

“oh he’s for me!”

A budding relationship thrived


Their fortune did not last

Common with love this fast

They were RDA-ed,

and quite dismayed

Making this couple downcast


Still their love is not abating

With actions that are nauseating

Just enjoy the show,

soon they will know

Government versus Human Rights

There is one thing that every societal government must recognize in order for it to be able and qualified to accomplish its purpose: human dignity. Everything the government issues forth relies on the truth of human dignity and without this understanding, the government fails to enforce justice and maintain peace. To recognize human dignity is to understand that society is not a machine with every person being merely a cog in the system, but instead, society is a community where individual persons should be recognized as such, and thus, deserve to have their human rights protected by the regime.  However, if human rights are defined by the theological understanding of human dignity, does any governmental regime have the power to protect them?  First, we need to understand what is meant by human right. Breakfast Scramble

  I ate this recipe almost every day over Christmas break, and it remains one of my favorites. This recipe is great because it is simple and easy to make. I make this recipe without cheese, but for anyone who can have it with cheese, I highly recommend doing so. This recipe does not have any gluten or nuts in it. As for the meat, you can keep it out and eat this on Fridays, choose one meat, or choose several. My preference is to use either Italian sausage or turkey lunchmeat and so I will give directions for both options, but you can use most other lunch meats in place of or in addition to turkey and breakfast sausage, ground beef, ground chicken, or ground turkey in place of Italian sausage. As for serving, I usually just eat this on its own, but sometimes have it in a tortilla or with toast or a muffin. Essentially, this can go with any number of things.
